Andy Ballerstein
Andy has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from RIT. He’s passionate about good design and making technology easy to use.
After spending time building websites in the healthcare and marketing industries, Andy started his own web design studio. His goal is to help small business owners make the most of their online presence.

In his freetime, Andy spends his time debating the latest music on his podcast, mowing his lawn, or laying in the sun with his wife and cats.
Deb Bohrer
Deb has a bachelor’s degree in communications and psychology from RIT. She also has degrees in special effects and business.
After working in a variety of industries from corporate training to film and television, she has realized what’s most important in both business and in life: people.

In her spare time she enjoys making art, traveling, swooning over cute animals, and going on adventures with her dogs Ripley and Dublin.

What's the turn around time for a new website?
Typical design and development time for a small to medium sized website is 2 months. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know and we’ll try to accomodate.
Do you write website copy?
Yes, we’d be glad to write SEO optimized copy for your site. We’d also be glad to update any existing content you might have. Additional costs may apply.
Do you provide photography?
Yes, we can provide photography for your website. Whether stock or original photography, we’ll make sure you have the imagery to best fit your business and budget. Additional costs may apply.
When is payment due?
Payments are due within 30 days from the completion of the project. Estimates over $1,000 require a 20% deposit to begin work.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ACH bank transfers, and checks. No cash, bitcoin, or bartering please.
My website is broken. Can you fix it?
Possibly! Send along the site’s address and any relevant background information and we’ll take a look.
