Andy is a RIT graduate with over 20 years experience building websites for businesses of all sizes. After years building websites in the healthcare and marketing industries, Andy’s passion for great design and accessible technology led him to start Bright Space Creative in 2020. His goal is to help small business owners make the most of their online presence.
In his free time, Andy spends his time debating the latest music on his podcast, drinking tea, or laying in the sun with his wife.

Victoria is a UX/UI Designer who loves bringing thoughtful, user-friendly digital experiences to life. With a UX/UI Certification from the University of Central Florida, they specialize in executing website projects from concept to launch, ensuring every detail aligns with both user needs and business goals.
Drawing from a background in marketing and graphic design, they bring an extra layer of creativity and strategic insight to their work.

What's the turn around time for a new website?
Typical design and development time for a small to medium sized website is 2 months. If you have a specific date in mind, let us know and we’ll try to accomodate.
Do you write website copy?
Yes, we’d be glad to write SEO optimized copy for your site. We’d also be glad to update any existing content you might have. Additional costs may apply.
Do you provide photography?
Yes, we can provide photography for your website. Whether stock or original photography, we’ll make sure you have the imagery to best fit your business and budget. Additional costs may apply.
When is payment due?
Payments are due within 30 days from the completion of the project. Estimates over $1,000 require a 20% deposit to begin work.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, ACH bank transfers, and checks. No cash, bitcoin, or bartering please.
My website is broken. Can you fix it?
Possibly! Send along the site’s address and any relevant background information and we’ll take a look.
